Please check immediately upon delivery the integrity of the package and the product, in front of the shipper

In case of verification of damage to the product, the customer has the right to refuse the delivery of the product and request the sending of a new package at no additional cost.

The report of the damaged product, with the request to send a new product, must reach us from the contact form of the reserved area of this website within 7 days of the dispute with the courier.

Withdrawal
The refunded amount does not include shipping, where present in the total purchase cost; for countries outside Italy, customs fees for countries outside the EU, credit card transaction fees.

Warranty:
Applied only for EU countries, Legal warranty of product conformity according to the European Union legislation

Import Taxes
For sales to non-EU countries, where not indicated in the order, customs may require the payment of Customs Duties, depending on the country of destination.
